An Evening Celebrating Dunfermline’s Business Community

Join us for a special evening celebrating the businesses, entrepreneurs and people who make Dunfermline’s business community thrive.

The Dunfermline Business Awards 2026 will take place at the Glen Pavilion, Dunfermline, on Friday 9th October 2026, bringing together businesses and guests from across the local community for an evening of celebration, recognition and networking.

This year’s awards will be made even more special as the winners will be presented with their awards by Jim Leishman, Provost of Fife.

With Jim due to retire from his role as Provost in May 2027, we are delighted and honoured to have him join us to present the awards and help us celebrate the achievements of Dunfermline’s business community.

A Special Presentation – The Jim Thomson Award - People’s Choice Award

The Jim Thomson Award is a particularly special part of this year’s ceremony.

The award will be presented on the night by a member of the Thomson family, making the presentation a meaningful opportunity to recognise Jim Thomson’s contribution and legacy.

Event Details

Friday 9th October 2026
The Glen Pavilion, Dunfermline

7:30pm – Guest arrival & drinks reception
8:30pm – Awards ceremony begins
11:00pm – Event concludes

This is a drinks-only event, so come dressed to celebrate, enjoy an evening with fellow local businesses and raise a glass to this year’s finalists and winners.

Your Evening

Guests will arrive from 7:30pm for a drinks reception, giving you plenty of time to meet other local business owners, make connections and settle in before the awards ceremony begins at 8:30pm.

The evening will then move into the awards ceremony, where we’ll recognise the outstanding businesses and individuals shortlisted across this year’s categories, with awards presented by Jim Leishman.

The Jim Thomason Award will also be presented during the ceremony by a member of the Thomson family.

The event is expected to finish at approximately 11pm.

Full Table – 10 Guests

Planning to bring the whole team? Our full tables are ideal for groups of 10 who want to enjoy the evening together.

A full table includes:

• 10 tickets

• One glass of wine per guest
